Daily Check-in
I had a great workout week! Cathe kicked my butt, and my eating was super clean all week. I did not get enough sleep this week, but everything else was good. I am planning to enjoy a restful Sunday after my morning workout. Here is a summary of my workouts for this week:

07-12-07 a.m. Muscle Endurance
07-13-07 a.m. Total Body Stretching (second segment and third segment)
07-14-07 a.m. Power Circuit (cardio and power circuits)
07-14-07 a.m. Boot Camp
I love the blog updates and pictures. Cathe’s pretty blue outfit is my favorite. I am excited about the new workouts and the Road Trip! After seeing the blog pictures, I am thinking about sitting out the boot camp class at the Road Trip. Wow! Some of those moves are way out of my league!
Phyllis, have fun with Step Works. It is one of my favorite Cathe workouts of all time. It is definitely in the same league with my beloved Rhythmic Step. The choreography is fun, and the intensity makes me feel so good. Step Fit is fun too for a lighter day. Cathe is so cute and funny in Step Fit! I am not wild about Power Max, but I do love the dancy cool-down.
