I'm looking for ideas for a step premix of some kind - less than an hour. Any susggestions? I was thinking of the SJP step wonly mixed with something else? C'mon ,ideas?

Okay - LIS, HIS, Any Imax up through interval 5..,
LowMax premix,..and there are alot on the SB/SJP dvd as well.

Vilma - Can you say Turbo Fun?????? I got my TJ's yesterday and went crazy today. I started with Learn and Burn to get the moves, did that 15 minute workout, then went to the 20 minute workout, then just had to do the Turbo Sculpt workout also. I love Chalene, she is the bomb! I had fun, and that is a welcome change from the Cathe grind.

Conni, thanks for the ideas. I ended up doing Timesaver #2. I skipped the back work because I'm not supposed to do any lifting on recovery week. So it ended up being SB combo3 and Hi/lo combos 3&4, followed by some core work. It was just enough.

Today's RS and core but I'm subbing hiking !

I slept 8 hours last night after taking Tylenol pm ! That felt amazing . :)

I went to Sam's club this morning and got a Speedo swimsuit for $7 and a really cute coverup for $4 !!! Great deals but I hate that it means summer is ending . :(

So happy you are enjoying Chalene also. I find her to be so much fun and when I work out w/ her it doesn't even feel like a workout to me as I'm having a blast. I use my weighted gloves when doing her workouts .

She is a great change of pace isn't she?;)
