Good Remembrance Day Morning Ladies,

I have the day off today (and Monday). It's a holiday here in Canada - well if you are a government employee, that is. Is it the same for all you world wide?

Today I did EDT Cathe WB chest/back + biceps/shoulders. I added on a drill max premix but did only 20 minutes of it - not warm up or cool down.

Lots to do today. Nice to see us all checking in yesterday. Henriette - you seem to back at it.

My hubby took yesterday off had off today for Veterans day and also will take Monday off .

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 6 ladies. That workout leaves me panting but I think it would not be so bad if I wasn't cueing and doing the workout.

So after that almost hour long circuit workout, I did 35 minutes of weight work including abs and legs and some plank work added on.

I get my hair permed tomorrow so that will be nice and relaxing.

Hey Ceci & Calico & all to follow, I had today off as well, so was able to get in a cardio & step blender workout.
I used the new app to do it and it's really neat. I normally use my chromebook hooked to TV but having the option
Of the ipad is great too. I got 2 front tires on my car, did a little cleaning, and went to the wellness center and
Walked the indoor track for 1 mile and used some of the weight machines, so it's time to rest. :). I received the
New Jessica Smith indoor walk DVD today as well so will have to view that later .
 
Hey, what excellent workouts today ladies! :) Glad most of us have it off. Let me know what you think of the new Jessica Smith, aquagirl. I really like her. I have just bought one of her dvds though, as I enjoy most of her stuff on youtube. But I believe it's so important to support women like her who have been so generous. I ought to purchase more really. Have "fun" ;) rolling Henriette! Some of you may know that I have a course in fascial massage/stretching & ball rolling, so I am such a fan!! Great stuff! Remember to not use a hard roller around the ribs and lower back. :) Annette, your classes seem to be going quite well! Ceci, hope you get everything done you need to today!
We are heading out now to stop by the Veteran's Memorial and will pick up some goodies from the bakery. This morning I just did a few sets of good mornings and pull-ups. Will be taking a rest tomorrow. Hope to see you all this Sunday!!

Today I can't help but think of the men from my region who I knew (and delivered newspapers to) as a child that fought on the front lines in WWI Beaumont-Hamel. They were just so humble about their brave service.

Hi ladies,

I seem to be checking in a day late all week. Friday was rest day for me. Unfortunately no day off so full day at the office, bball training and then home to relax. I did my foam rolling, but that was it. Elsie - if you have any tips you can give me I would appreciate it. My glutes, hams and calves all need to be loosened up.

Siobhan - I am back at it, but all low impact. I really wish I could do HiiTs again or step. I haven't even done any kickbox as I tend to get carried away by music and go all out. I should try it... Modified.

It's only been a couple of days without Shine and I miss it. I think I will start Cathe on Demand before end of the month (so I can use the coupon) now that she also has her new app. Looks so cool and I have been meaning to get Cathe on Demand soon anyways so I can really have access to more weight stuff by Cathe and more choices with low impact w/o's.

Will check in later with my w/o's. First I am watching my son's game and running some errands.
