Happy Thanksgiving to you all. I am just not sure which day is thanksgiving for you all. I hope you are all enjoying a long weekend.

I finally got in a workout - I did my own Cathe workout blender of EDT - chest/tris then moved onto biceps/shoulders. I added in Daily Burn - Bob Harper weighted tabata.

I am working today until 2 pm. Then have the weekend to putter around.

Belated Happy Thanksgiving. I hope those of you celebrating it have had a nice time and some good food.

It's been a few days since my last check in, but still no workout to report.
Little Mick is nearly two weeks old already. Boy time flies! The first week flew by getting used to having a baby in the house and all those visits from nurses and midwives. This past week it was back to business with driving to basketball etc and a couple of doctor's visits for Mick.

We managed to go for a walk all days except Tuesday when I had a high fever.

Next Tuesday I am seeing my GP and hopefully I will get the green light to slowly start working out again. Two weeks without a workout seems long enough for me.

As for Black Friday deals.... well I was only going for the online ones on the Cathe Shop, but the Place Order button did not work on my mobile, no matter which browser I was using, so despite there being a lot of good deals and coupons to use, I took it as a sign after about 6 tries. Perhaps I am really just meant to get Cathe on Demand. I also miss doing the Live workouts and that way I can do them again too.

They have also started with Black Friday deals in shops in the last few years here, but I hate busy shops so I do not even look what is on offer. As for Cyber Monday.... who knows. I have already spent so much on baby stuff lately and also splurged and got myself a few new workout dvds and a keyboard for my ipad, to make my iPad more of a mini laptop.

Infection. I have some antibiotics that I got filled last week, maybe I should start them!
After finishing my laundry this morning, I headed to Costco again and Walmart, I was surprised, I didn't have any
Problems finding a parking space and I didn't have to stand in any lines, everyone must have been out BF
Morning. When I got home, UPS had delivered my Body Bars, they weren't supposed to be delivered until Monday,
So that was a pleasant surprise! They aren't the "Body Bar" brand, but just like them, only less expensive.
A weighted bar is a weighted bar!
Just finished two blender workouts, STS meso 1 quick biceps and RWH/ICE Abs workout. I'm done, I think:)

Hi everyone. Yes Linda same here, it wasn’t terribly busy at the mall near me. I just wanted to get out and use some coupons that were going to expire. New toys! Do you have workouts that use them? Henriette I know you appreciate a good bargain too. Nice to see you again. I’m glad you’re feeling better and able to get out for a walk. That’s really bizarre that you couldn’t place an order, yup it’s a sign for sure. I don’t have Cathe on demand but I’m intrigued. I’m afraid it would take the entire 7 day trial just to figure out the blender. Who else here has it? Linda and Siobhan I know you do. By the way Siobhan have you heard from the young man that stayed with you? Elsie, I hope you’re feeling better. And hopefully getting some sleep. Can you wear foam ear plugs? That might help a little.

My daughter is going to a pro football game early tomorrow so we’re puppy sitting again.

As well as for a med ball, hence the reason for new balls & bars!:). I have been looking back at my DVDs, and
Am finding treasures. I have a lot of DVDs, I mean, ALOT....

Today I tried a longer walk, but I am not feeling great today, so maybe it wasn't the best idea. My body is tired, and my lower back has yet to recover from the labor.

So much for the Cathe website not working correctly on my phone being a sign. Today there was a new sign... everything that was on sale Friday was back as daily deals today as well as some of the stuff I was interested in yesterday. So that was a sign! Using my laptop and not using Amazon pay I was able to order a truck load of DVDs that were missing from my collection. I guess no On Demand for me anytime soon after all, seeing I had also ordered Fit Split.

Linda - nothing like getting new toys. Sounds great with the Body bars.

Siobhan - what does puttering around involve for you?

Peg - hope Lester is behaving himself.

sounds like everyone is having a good weekend. Nice!

Today I did a mish mosh of the workout blender - back and legs (gingerly of course) + ICE muscle meltdown for back + a Kettlebell workout from Daily burn - always watching my foot.

Henriette - puttering around included running errands, laundry, cooking etc.. I can't wait for you to be able to get back working out. It brings us all such joy!

Good Sunday to you girls, hope your day has been good. So far today, I have worked out for an hour, in 2 30 min.
Workouts...I just finished a blender Box&Burn workout which was heavy bag tabatas mixed with step Hiit
Segments. That was fun! Earlier this morning I did a 30 min. Med ball workout, gotta start using my new toys!

The only thing I have left is a 10 min. Segment from the DVD, 10 min solution Knockout Body. I think Jessica
Smith does that one. I am going to do the Upper Body section. It's fun to use just plain ole DVDs too sometimes!

Henriette, nothing like getting new DVDs too :):)!
 
Hi ladies. Yes Lester is behaving thank goodness. He likes to snuggle which I love. Henriette I love getting new dvds. It’s fun checking everything out and doing new stuff. I hope you start feeling better soon but.....you just had a baby. Your body is worn out right now.

Linda, I know what you mean about a good old fashion dvd. Sometimes an older Cathe simply makes me smile. Plus you have new toys to play with too. These things are so very special to people like us. Your workout today sounds awesome. Thats my kind of workout.

Siobhan, I’m afraid if I got On Demand then my dvds would be forgotten. Do you still do dvds?

Hi Elsie, Annette and Missy. I hope everyone is having a pleasant day. I was tired this morning so I did Tracey Mallett Booty barre and beyond. It was just what I needed.

Yesterday was a rest day, today I tried some moves for my next dance type routine. So I did about 42 minutes of various moves to see what fit what song the best. Then I axed one song and then had to go through our song list to find an alternative song. Think I found one.

Actually yesterday I did a little of my own thing for about 15 minutes not much.

I also vacuumed after church.

Today is my hubby's 51st birthday[emoji324][emoji512][emoji320]!!

Our new 7 month old kitten is a riot, so much fun.

Hey Siobhan, Henriette, Linda, Peg & Annette!! Everyone is having a very busy weekend I see! So sorry about your back, Henriette. Hope your foot heals up soon, Siobhan. The flu is still lingering a little around our house, but I am slowly getting better ....I hope! (of course with DH, his is always so much worst! Men & getting sick ....it's like no one else has ever had the flu!) Yes, Peg, I do wear those heroes foam plugs. They help a little along with brown noise. The noise reducing drapes were a waste of money though. Haven't found anything to stop the vibrating .....tried those cork vibration reducers, but it didn't do anything. I am trying the Cathe trial again and hope to get a few workouts out of it .... perhaps I will get Live again when the trial is finished. Today I did the gliders & bands one (52 mins) and added on my own quick standing pretzel routine. Nice workout. Yesterday I didn't have time to work out.

Everyone have a nice night! I'm looking forward to watching Peaky Blinders. I'm exhausted ...lol!
