Hi ladies,

Today was RK plus the Heavy Bag section. I also added 120 crunches ( 60 upper/lower).

Conni - good workout.

This morning I did Xtrain Chest/Bi's + Paul Katami KB Core - I couldn't finish as I ran out of time (it's 25 min.).

Carmen - I am looking at Lauren Brooks latest now - maybe doesn't have double bells. I am ordering thru Mary's sale. I will also get P. Katami's drills and RKS. I am so into KB's these days. It really is instant skinny - I'm guessing it's no different from metabolic workouts - lots of cardio via weights.

Hi gals,

I did heavy free weights for upper body(including one exercise for back,YAY me!!), then did MIS abs and stretch, and for a different cardio I tried doing (part on the step and part just on the floor) 20 min.of Body Max warm up and step. I almost twisted my ankle on a move that I really didn't have room for so I slowed down and just moved a lot. I am sure my body will go 'what the heck does she think she was trying to do' :eek:after that attempt at a different cardio.

Hey, though your body needs to be jolted sometimes and not get in a rut so that is what I did today.

Hi Ladies - I forgot to check in yesterday. Still walking with mom. Today no walk, just a major rain storm here.

Yesterday I was one of the models for a ladies club fashion show. It was such a blast.

Siohban what size are your kettlebells? I was thinking of getting a 15 or 20 for my a first time bell. Is that too heavy?
