Good Monday Morning Everyone,

Today I did RWH Chest/shoulders/triceps and that's it! Short but sweet.

I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready to begin a new week. I'll sneak a peak later to see what you all did today.

Good morning Siobhan, you're an "early bird" too! It's raining here this morning, it's been so dry, we do need the rain, but, it makes the
morning so dreary, and it's Monday on top of that !
Henriette, that is so awesome that you can speak so many languages.....I'm lucky just to speak English... (LOL)....I used to know a little
French, but I can't remember any now. Good work on all our workouts this weekend....and Elsie, moving and lifting furniture, etc.
is definitely a workout in itself. Annette, I guess you will be teaching more of your classes this week, that certainly is a way to get your
own workouts in, while helping others. Everyone have a wonderful start of the week.

Raining here as well AG & boy, do we ever need it!

I needed yoga, so I did an extended practice focusing on knee therapy & added on one of those quickie SweatLab workouts - Legs. Have to do more moving business today. Some people coming by this morning to pick things up that I posted on FreeCycle.
 
Hi gals,

Today I was dropped off at the gym at 9am because we only have 2 vehicles and middle son needs it for his new job. So he dropped me at the gym and took his younger brother to the college and then went to his new job.

So I did 17 minutes on the stair machine then 25 minutes of weight work before teaching a kickbox class to 5 members and then walked home from the gym which took 13 minutes and is literally up hill both ways.

Plus it is raining and humid.

But I am done now and plum wore out[emoji123].

Hi!

Not much of a w/o for me today. After work and getting stuck in traffic as always I power walked over to the bball training. On Mondays it's just a 10min walk from our house. After the training I walked back and had a late dinner.

The only w/o like thing I did was some xBox Kinect with my son as he has tomorrow off from school, so he had a late night and then 3 dances on YouTube by Dance Fitness With Jessica. I like her dances (just discovered her today) and it turns out she has a streaming channel, but it's just as expensive as Cathe on Demand. :-( I wish more trainers had 10 dollar monthly options with enough different workouts like Cathe Live, but then another for dance and another for... You get the picture. That way I could spend max 30 dollars a month on subscriptions and have all sorts of w/o to pick from and stop buying DVDs. My collection is ever growing...
