Good Monday Morning everyone,

This morning I did STS Meso 2 - week 3 chest/shoulders/tri's. This one is loooong - 1:10!!!! I couldn't finish all tricep work as a result.

Hi ladies,

I did 'This is Taebo' using weighted gloves for half of it, then taking them off. For some reason this is the only workout that I don't watch the clock on, I really like it. I am finding myself constantly watching the clock on most of my other workouts.

I am still losing so that it good I just wish I had more 'fun' workout that I thoroughly would enjoy doing, it is becoming a chore and and HATE that.:mad:

Hi ladies just got done with Zcut strength workout #11. Its about 12 minutes of intensity. loved it.

Hi ladies,

Sorry so late, DS had a golf tournament today so I took the day off for it. Walked a cold and windy 18 holes..

This morning was BH Yoga Warrior and yoga abs.

I am tuckered..
 
ooh we are all working out today. nice.

I added in about 30 minutes of ab work tonight - just cos i have energy and i can't workout tomorrow.

I did a mish mosh of tracey mallet and cathe - standing and floor. it was good.

see you all tomorrow in some capacity.
