Today was a rest day - I did Yoga Elements complete workout. It was great for flexibility.

Hi Conni,

No workout for me today. I am so sore from my weekend workouts and..,. I was up a lot in the night. DH interrupted my sleep too much last night.

Hi gals,

I did MMA Kickbox Cardio only today for my workout. Had to take middle son to college for his classes today so it was a quick workout for me.

Hi everyone,

I ended up getting in a workout afterall. DH took my youngest to soccer instead. I managed STS Meso 2, week 2, chest/shoulders/triceps + 15 minutes of Jules Benson Total Core Pilates. I really like her.

Annette - cathe's next series or dvd's - am gonna get the MMA kickboxing dvd. I hope it's good.
