Hi ladies,

Today I taught my newest circuit workout for 65 minutes to 7 ladies. It is a killer. We get light weights during the first weight segment, then the next weight segment one song is barbell and one song is heavy dumbbells. Plus all the cardio, I was a drippy mess at the end[emoji44]!

Then I did 20 minutes barbell chest and floorwork abs and floorwork legs. Short but sweet and I was beat from the class I had just taught.

Hey Annette, I came up with what I think would be fun to do, see what you & others think...whoever starts the
Daily check in, which is most of the time,you, but perhaps some of the rest of us could try to pitch in too, start
A daily question with the daily check in, for example, What is, Where is, Who is......your favorite __________.
Nothing too personal, but I think it would be fun to see what our favorite foods, movie, tv show, who is favorite
Actor, actress, or where is favorite place to visit,favorite place you have been...(all just examples)
If you don't want to, that's AOK, just thought it might be interesting & fun and give us a reason to check in,
Even if we don't workout, just to see what the daily question is and everyone's answer :)
 
Great idea! I like that. Very nice work today Annette. I'm sure you class liked it too. Today I did Ripped with HiiT Low impact 1 & 2. I needed some cardio.

How's everyone doing? It is unseasonably hot today, around 90! I wonder if autumn will ever arrive?

That's great...as soon as Annette lets us know if it's ok with her, we can do it. I think that Elsie would like it....
Not meaning to speak for her, but I just kind of feel she'd be ok and join in whenever she can. Hope she's feeling

Greetings....this evening I took a longer leisure walk w/ Coco in the neighborhood and then did a blender
FitTower Total Body Circuit workout, Abt 30 min.
 
Hi ladies,

I am late with my Monday check in as it is now Tuesday morning.

Monday was a super busy day and evening and I didn't have much time to w/o and my right side around my obliques was really sore. I couldn't work out whether I had worked them too hard or what seemed more likely it was all thanks to the baby kicking and pushing the same area all afternoon. I felt bruised from the inside out, so I did a w/o that always feels too light and like not a real w/o, namely Ice Chiseled UB but this time the standing premix. It felt good to move a bit, without working real hard or putting extra strain where I was sore, plus when I move the baby is calm, as soon as I stop it's right back to kicking, pushing and stretching.

Linda - I like that idea, sounds fun and a good way to get to know each other all a bit more, plus like you said a good reason to check in even if you didn't workout that day.
