Hi gals,

Today was a monster workout. And it goes as follows:

8 Minute Taebo at home
10 minutes on the stair machine at gym
55 minute aerobic/kickbox circuit I taught
32 minutes of weight work including abs and legs with 2 minutes of the elliptical backwards (as part of my leg workout)

I am done!!![emoji50] Oh my what a workout!

Hi ladies,

I ended up working out after work. I did KCM Shape Up - workout 1 - tabata with some weight training. I added on my own routine for biceps and shoulders.

I do not know what Fitprime/kickbutt cardio is AG - but i hope you had fun.

Hey Ceci, The Fitprime series & the Kickbutt series were put out by Anna Benson many years ago, each series had
5 or 6 DVDs combining wts, cardio, yoga, Pilates, etc. Anna Benson was the lady that founded or created the
Firm many, many years ago. She was a wonderful lady, and I believe that the Firm workouts are still popular
Even today. I have most all the Firm workouts, original & newer ones that came after Anna, as well as the
Fit primes & Kickbutts ( Sorry, didn't mean to be so long with the explanation , just a little fitness history) LOL
