Nothing wrong about nostaglic workouts, they are fun to revisit like an old friend.
Good for you being a fan of the workout blender so cool. I do use dvds and stream free YT videos. Happy birthday to your daughter. I know where does the time go.
Linda- Nicely done on today's workout with KCM- Power Split dvd- Premix: Lower Body Split Workout (no finishers) - 22 min (one of my
favorites !) I know what you mean there's just something about Power Split and CardioFit it makes me want to do them all the time and huge fun factor with them too.
Plus a Bitgym Treadmill walk in Tokyo Japan (Passport workout). You can say you worked out in Tokyo thios morning and are bakcin the states with zero jet lag or use of Concord Jet, LOL!! Awesome workout WTG and Bravo!
