Hi Everyone,

I am on vacation this week. Next Monday is my official last day so I still feel like I'm employed.

Today I did............. Muscle Max!!! The whole way through. OMG that was tough. 1:09 minutes.

Lannette - lurk, check-in daily, sporadically - whatever works for you. so glad you checked in for a moment!

I have ever done the whole workout, but I have used alot of the chapters from it in my blender workouts...
Enjoy your vacation week, and congrats on your upcoming retirement. Are you preordering the new
workouts...or will you just use them with On Demand? Hopefully, I will preorder- I like to have the dvds
as well.

YouTube- Julie Jones Fitness- 10 min. Biceps
ITP app- Elliptical Bootcamp - 19 min.
ITP app- 20 min. (10 min. each) Back & Shoulders

Lannette- Welcome!;) Glad to have you aboard. No worries you are in good company of people here who enjoy working out. Good for you on ordering STS 2.0, I jumped on that band wagon a few minutes ago and ordered STS 2.0. dvds, I can't wait, it looks so good and fun! I have a feeling alot of Cateletes will join in on that. Enjoy your day ;)

Today is an unscheduled rest day. Ihave estate stuff to help DH with and a Dr.'s phone visit later. I could not seem to fit in a workout today, sorry.

Hi Ladies,

I pre-ordered the new DVDs as well.
I wanted to share that today I did a 21 minute PVolve Core Stability workout followed by a 34min Pilates Reformer Core workout. I always do 10 minutes of spinal realignment movements with spinal extension as insurance for my previously injured neck.

Today I got a late start but ended up doing a 90 minute Legs and Shoulders weight workout including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and the sled for some weighted cardio. I am beat!!

Breakdown : all the leg machines but the lying facedown one, including the inner and outer thigh machines.

Shoulders: lat pull down, side laterals, front raise, seated clean and press, shruggs, rear shoulders, and the shoulder machine.

Floorwork and the sled.

See you tomorrow.

Siobhan- Nice one today with Cathe's Cardio Core Circuit, snf I absolutely agree that is a tough one and modifications are helpful, high fives and bravo!!
Nothing wrong about nostaglic workouts, they are fun to revisit like an old friend.
Good for you being a fan of the workout blender so cool. I do use dvds and stream free YT videos. Happy birthday to your daughter. I know where does the time go.

Linda- Nicely done on today's workout with KCM- Power Split dvd- Premix: Lower Body Split Workout (no finishers) - 22 min (one of my
favorites !) I know what you mean there's just something about Power Split and CardioFit it makes me want to do them all the time and huge fun factor with them too.
Plus a Bitgym Treadmill walk in Tokyo Japan (Passport workout). You can say you worked out in Tokyo thios morning and are bakcin the states with zero jet lag or use of Concord Jet, LOL!! Awesome workout WTG and Bravo!:)

Ripped w/HiT- Lift It- Back, Bi's & Sh.- No finishers= 38 min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Saturday Sweat Session- 45 Minute Rhythm Ride Indoor Cycling Class= 46 Min
