Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe PUB chest/back/biceps + a youtube cycling workout for 30 minutes. I did my own stretch. Good long workout this morning!

Hi ladies

Today was upper body with ball live. It’s an older Live workout and I cannot believe I have never done this one. It was really good and had a nice long core segment.

It’s raining here again but I don’t mind when it’s a work day

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Silver and Fit 3 the shorter but harder workout to 15 members for 50 minutes.

Then I taught my Precision moves cardio and Weights workout to 8 ladies for about 52 ish minutes.

Then I came home and took son to work and proceeded to try and find my double chocolate muffins that Wal-mart has discontinued. Alas I called the next store that actually said they had a limited stock. But by the time I got there they were gone, sigh[emoji17].

So I went to Kohl's to look for tan booties. I found a pair and a pair of black skinny jeans to boot.[emoji3].

Now I am home.

Didn't get a workout in until after 7pm. Toasted trusts upper body-Live. I feel like Popeye now ;)

Ceci- Strong and Sweaty Cardio slam is one of her videos. It comes up on my video list on demand. It's a good one- really tough.
