Hi Ladies

Holy smokes its October already!

Sunday was a walk and yoga and today was Total Body Step Circuit plus Abs Live.

The weather was beautiful all weekend. It really felt like fall. Now this week we are back into the 80's.

Hi ladies,

I am dead!!!

I taught my Silver and Fit workout 1 to 11 ladies for an hour, in this workout I used 5 pound dumbbells.

After a 30 minute break, I taught my Chair Kickbox circuit workout to 7 ladies for about 65 minutes, in this class I used 5 and 8 pound dumbbells for the weight work.

With all the kicking in the 2nd workout I am beat!!

Now I need to change clothes and bring down my towels and sheets to wash, then I can sit and put my legs up.

80s?!?! We had snow on the ground this morning o_O
Lift It HIIT It Legs for me today. ACK that was hard.
I am away at meetings the rest of the week but I PLAN on getting up early to get a workout in!
 
Melanie - I noticed you mentioned yoga in yesterday's thread. Have you ever checked out Yoga TX? It's a yoga studio in Austin TX that has a ton of segments on YouTube.
