I am dead!!!
I taught my Silver and Fit workout 1 to 11 ladies for an hour, in this workout I used 5 pound dumbbells.
After a 30 minute break, I taught my Chair Kickbox circuit workout to 7 ladies for about 65 minutes, in this class I used 5 and 8 pound dumbbells for the weight work.
With all the kicking in the 2nd workout I am beat!!
Now I need to change clothes and bring down my towels and sheets to wash, then I can sit and put my legs up.
