Hi Annette and all still to follow,

Nice workout and congrats on all your weight loss.

This morning I did another 30min Jessica Smith Dance walk.

I then ended up going to the hairdresser's. I figured I have time now, and haven't been for at least 1,5 years and once the baby is here I will have my hands full.

This evening I did a short (20min) Jessica Smith Upper Body workout. I had read the review for it on 2lazy4gym so I knew to go heavy, like 10-15pounds instead of 5-10 in order to get a good upper body burn going. Well it worked!

For anyone interested this was the workout:

Hello Henriette, Annette & friends to follow later ......;) JS can be deceptively challenging Henriette ....love her! Especially her core work.
Thinking of you this week, Missy. Hope everyone is finding themselves feeling okay today. ..or better than yesterday.

I did a HasFit 35 min Cardio routine & a 15 min standing core routine with the small pilates ball. I actually got almost 6.5 hrs sleep last night (the drilling-pumping started later than usual), so feeling pretty good. Got up and had a pressed beet & mint juice which I rarely find the time for these days.

Catch up with you all later this evening I hope!! Take care.

Hey all, I did half of C&W and some of the live 'Get Steppin'. Tomorrow will be my last workout for the next month. I got the apartment all clean and ready. My parents will be coming and helping, and they are clean freaks, so I would imagine they will find something to clean.

Hi everyone. Today I did my new STS Total body. It was ok. I don’t know what weight to use though. Is it listed somewhere? I don’t really know how the “one rep max” works.

Missy and Siobhan I’m sending healing vibes your way. Elsie I’m so glad for you to get some sleep. And no, you don’t take up space regarding the issue. It’s what we’re here for! Henriette you continue to truelly impress me. Annette, keep on keeping on girl! Congrats on your weight loss. Linda?! We need a question of the day! I hope you’re feeling better.

Here’s a question.....do you color your hair? If so, what color? I do!! When my daughter started driving I saw 5 grey hairs in 1 week! I go for brown/auburn. Im trying to keep or enhance what I was born with.

Nope no color here. I am all natural[emoji16]. Front is white back is gray.

I definitely dye my hair. I haven't for the past 1,5 years and I think that is a record for me.

I was golden blond as a child and then as I got older my hair got darker (my dad has black hair) and I started coloring it. Mostly blond colors and then when I was 17 I also tried black.

As an adult I have switched between blond and red hues. Anything from platinum blond to dark copper or chestnut reds, but also many mahogany shades.

It's been at least 9 years since I was super blond. The last many years I have stuck to various shades of red and look forward to adding more color to my hair once the baby is here, rather than my now natural color which I find kind of dull... mouse brown more or less. I like the red tones as they suit my freckles and enhance my blue eyes.

Oh, I forgot to mention something last week.

Last Wednesday I talked to Magnus preparing him for when the baby arrived and I mentioned I would not be able to drive him to school, at least not the first few days, so the days where he cannot get a ride with classmates he would have to take the bus. He then asked, "can't I just go by bike?" So since last Thursday he has gone to and from school by bike all by himself. That's nearly 9km each way! As we don't have a direct bus connection to school he actually saves 30min by going by bike rather than taking the bus, so it's less stressful. But it's a lot of extra exercise for an 11 year old that already plays basketball minimum 5 days a week.

Anyways... proud mama moment that I just had to share!
