Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

STS 2-Giant Sets- Premix Express # 3- Group 1 only - 22 min.
Blender- "Ropeless Rows" - 15 min. (alternating jump rope & various rows-weights/barbell)
Hydrow Circuit Training- 19 min. Rowing & Upper Body AMRAP

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more Tiff & Dan - heavy weight chest and back for 30 minutes. I added on a Tiff & Dan ab workout for 15 minutes. I did an STS Meso 3 warm-up. I will do my own stretch now. I won't be checking in tomorrow as I am visiting a friend overnight.

Linda - I'll have to check out that premix as I don't think I've ever looked at the 2.0 premixes
Nicki - I'm so sorry about your leg. I hope this is easily treatable with physio and rest
Annette - thanks for sharing a pic. your son looks like you! Congratulations
Nora - I hope you're bruising in healing and you're able to get in some workouts this week

Today was a new 40 minute Jasmine May Cardio Kickboxing workout off YouTube. It was very good, I like her style and you sweat.

Everyone is so nice here!

I see a lot of posts of workouts with instructors I've never heard of. The ones I've used over my 40 years of exercise, are Cathe (obviously), The Firm, Kari Anderson, Gin Miller, Karen Voight, Tracie Long, Bar Method, Kathy Smith, Kelly Coffey Meyer, Lastics, Barre 3, FitPRime & KickButt. I do have a few others sprinkled in but those are the main ones. I'm enjoying Cathe mostly for the past year.
 
Beginning week 3 of the November rotation with Rock 'm Sock 'm Kickbox! FUN FUN FUN!!!!! I did premix #1. I didn't do any of the Muscle Meltdown options since STS 2.0 Upper Body 1 is coming up on Wednesday. I can't believe how much I like Cathe's kickboxing workouts since I was NEVER a kickboxing fan. Great music in this one too!!!
 
Deanna, you have joined a very long running group stemming back to before this platform for Cathe's forums. We are the longest consistently running check in forum (even before they had a separate 'check in ' category). Siobhan and I have been here since pretty much the beginning. We have had our ups and downs, sometimes only 1 of us checking in for what seemed like an eternity til someone else would show up. It was Siobhan and I only for quite a while. We are finally starting to build and get more regulars. So again thanks for joining our ranks!!
