I bought a new taebo workout over the weekend,yes I know more kickboxing, LOL!! But I got his taebo express which has 8, 10 min. workouts on it and I want to be able to do something short but sweet on my weight days.
So I tried it this morning to see how it was, I did 3 of them for a total of 32 min. (some are 11 min. long), and it is good, fast paced but not to the point that you can't modify it to a safer speed. I did Boot Camp, Punches and Knees and Kick Express which were all good.
Hi ladies I did AM yoga then 10 burpees and 20 star crunches to start the day. Dealing with some health issues that all are coming at the same time. Hope to be back 100% soon.
