Beautiful day yesterday, I was outside as much as I could be..
Today was Day 1 of May rotation - Two the Max, but I got up later so I did Cathe Live Metabolic Conditioning.

Hi Conni,

Today I did 40 minutes of Paul Katami's 4X4 workout. I also got up a bit later than expected so committed to only a shorter workout. I really enjoyed this.

Have a great day everyone. I will be walking in highpark at lunch.
 
Hi gals,

Today I did a premix off of KCM Circuit Burn and then 45 minutes of weights at the gym.

Laid in the sun for an hour and a half.
