Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did a 45 minute KB workout from YT. It was tough and I modified a lot!

Siobhan, do you like the KB workouts? Are you using the same weight for all the exercises or different?
 
Ladies, sorry for not checking in for a while. Still icing my leg, elevating, walking and doing PT exercises. Next week I start out patient PT and am hoping they will add some resistance. My whole body feels weak now and the stairs is my biggest challenge. I really thought I might be able to work out by now but seems it will be a little longer before I am able. Cannot do any rotations with my leg, only front, side and back. But I will take this any day over the pain I was feeling pre-surgery!!

Nicki, thanks for keeping us updated on your progress…..takes a little time, but sounds
like you are getting there! :). Just think of the walks that you & your doggie can enjoy when you get going again! :)

Today I did Cathe's Rev'd Up Rumble 41 minutes. I had on the boxing gloves.

Nicki, I feel bad asking but did you have a hip replacement or a knee replacement? Sorry, I can't remember. It will all get better with time.

Nicki, I feel bad asking but did you have a hip replacement or a knee replacement? Sorry, I can't remember. It will all get better with time.

Yes that sounds very challenging. What size KB do you use? I have some KB dvds and they are challenging, good & tough stuff! Bravo on a 45 Min KB workout, that is awesome:)

Nicki- Take it easy and be patient with yourself regarding post surgery recovery in terms of exercise. Everyone heals and recovers at different rates. No doubt your desire & determination to get back to regular exercise as you'd like will spur you on to make more progress than others. You are a tough and determined Cathelete you got this!! You'll be amazing in no time Maisy may have trouble keeping up
with you. Have a restful evening;)
