I like to join you ladies, I sign in on the hardcore sign in. I love to read about your workouts, I get inspired.

I started a new rotation on May 1st, Similar to the doubles on P90x.

Sun. GS, Chest, Triceps, Core max 3 and later in the day, Imax 3
Today. GS, Back, Shoulders, biceps, and KPC.

today for me was Imax2 and C/W abs. i did a SB premix yesterday and Saturday i was off!!

Hi everyone!

I did Push and Pull upper body this morning. This was my first time doing that workout and I think I am going to like it, especially the premixes for upper body and lower body.

Hello fit women (like that one, Charlotte):

Yesterday I dug into the Terminator DVD for the first time and did the Viper. Loved it! Mari, now I know why you are a Terminator junkie! I would have liked it even better had I not just done ME on Friday, so knew what was coming next on that part of the circuit. Like books and movies, I rarely remember specifics about Cathe workouts, now that I have most of them and so don't do any single one that often. Never bored-that's the goal.

Today I did supersets. I know it's not one of her hardest, but I think its a nice little workout, and is interesting with all the stability ball use. Love those see-saw triceps push-ups!

The rest of the week I will be at all day meetings, and may have a difficult time posting.

Later today 30 minutes of HIIT on my Elliptical.

Tammy - How is IM#1 compared to #3?

I think IM#1 is "easier" that IM#3, but it still packs a punch! Cathe and the crew do IM#1 on an 8" step, but I do all the IMaxes on a 6" step.

The step portions of IM#1 are very simple, the rest breaks are comparable to IM#2, but some of the blasts are VERY intense - lots of plyo jumps, power 7's, power 15's, etc., etc., etc.
