Hi Siobhan,
Today I had 9 ladies and we did my newest non kickboxing routine with the Disco music including Stayin Alive, I Dream of Jeanie them song, and 9 to 5. It is really fun. It was about 62 minutes.
Then I did 45 minutes of weight work using the new machines, cables and dumbbells. All the barbell benches with racks were occupied.
