Yesterday: Leaner Legs and abs followed by the heavy lifting segments of Slow & Heavy Legs

Tonight: short cardio (40 minutes) and back work.

I was wondering where Wendy is too. I bet she's in labour!! How exciting:)

Last night I was scheduled to to MM, but after eating enough to feed a family in a small third world country for a year, I opted for Bootcamp instead.

Today is Gardenmax (hopefully), and then MM later.

DD is home sick from school today, so my day has kind of been thrown off what I had planned.

Nothing today. I think I have some kind of bronchitis, as I noticed yesterday I was really struggling during KPC (holy mamas that is a workout) and legs & glutes. My butt is still on fire and I only did 20 min of it! My hubby worked out with me and it was fun. He is sore, too. Have a great start to your week everyone!

Yesterday was Drive Max and Move Max. I moved DD home from college. This week will be one body part per day, 3 runs one or two extra cardio and 3-4 ab workouts. Then we have a family wedding next weekend in NJ. yahoo!

Morning Everyone,

Well I will be doing what I had scheduled for Saturday. GS Back, Shoulders, Triceps and cardio from 10-10-10.

We pulled up all the wood chip and weed barrier. Plus planted 18 shrubs this weekend. DH and I where sitting on the sofa last night snoozing at 9:00 pm. At 9:30 we both woke up and headed off to bed. So needless to say I had a great work out with gardenmax. }( Next weekend will be the same, we are putting down new weed barrier and using stone. Hauling 3 ton of stone should be a good upper body w/o.

Hope we get to hear if Wendy had that little one! How exciting!

Good morning! How is everyone doing with the monday blues? I really hate mondays:(

Today will be plb, 20 minutes of abs and for cardio it's the treadmill again for the next few days. I am mixing things up a bit and doing step for 3-4 days then back to treadmill for 3-4 days. I got in a bonus bit of working out yesterday when a friend invited me to go on a power walk at the park. It was a beautiful day and we had fun. My knees were a bit sore from my am jog but I still had a good time. Have a great day all and great workouts.

Good morning!

This morning I did KPC. I need a better bra! I'm not used to having enough breastesses to bounce around, and today I had to hold my girls while I was doing the jogging-on-the-spot segments. Thank heavens I workout before anyone else in the world is awake! My DD is already fascinated by my blossomed chest, and keeps trying to cop a feel. Had she been awake, she probably would have offered to hold them for me!!

Cathy - Wendy has been missing in action on the pregnancy board for a couple of days, too.....(Mind you, she's quite busy these days, and now that she's no longer working she isn't online nearly as much as she used to be). I hope she checks in with us soon!

Debbie - feel better soon!!

Carole - that's quite the workout you have planned for today! Enjoy!

Hello, Ladies!

Today was LM, SH Chest/Back, & a run. I am adding more cardio to my w/o for a while. I have really added muscle and now want to lean it out some. I am still going to stay heavy in the weights like I have been doing. I have also cut my carbs down some. So we shall see if I get the results I want. If not, I will keep trying.

Hello ladies,

Nearly time to start dinner.

I did S&H Legs today plus GS-Legs: it was a tough w/o. Added abs off of Ab Hits.

Did a Yogazone w/o yesterday evening. It totally relaxed my body. They are my absolute favourites, but they are up to 50 min. long so I don't do them regularly. Which is why today I ordered a few of their shorter w/o's (most are like 20minutes) so I can use them instead of a stretch. Will be about 3 weeks before they arrive though.

Hello mighty fit ones:

Not feeling well Saturday, so did Step Fit for the first time. That's the one with the famous "was that a sheep?" comment. I really liked the choreography on that one, nice and easy, but not boring.

Yesterday felt better and did HSC--love that one.

Today I did RS for only the 2nd time. I was very frustrated with the choreography the first time I did it, but I had very little problem with it today, so that was progress. Time flew!

Because we decided not to go to my high school reunion this summer, I just signed up for the road trip :7 :7 :7 :7 :7

Good afternoon fellow Catheites!

Yesterday was Legs&Glutes + 25 minute brisk walk. I'm quite surprised that I'm not overly sore today. My inner thighs have a touch of soreness, and glutes & hamstrings are tight but not really sore. Whoohoo! I'm thinking that means I'm in better shape than I thought, and that I can use a bit more weight OR push out a few more reps in the 2nd sets next time I do this one. :p

Today: Reebok: Intense Moves (cardio intervals using a step). I'm going to do this workout a couple times before attempting any of the IMAXs. :7 I haven't done this workout in a few months as I was doing Project:YOU, but I love it and I'm looking forward to doing it this afternoon. ;)

Crazy crazy and busy busy week here today. Today I get a tooth filled, UGH! Tomorrow is actually a free day but I need to go to the Vitamin store, Wed. is evaluation for homeschooling and church community group cookout, Thursday I go see my regular doctor to get chewed out for having high cholesterol and my trig. are back up again, and we have to grocery shop sometime, Friday all the grandparents are rolling in for my oldest ds's piano recital which is that evening,sigh:eek: !! So after this weekend, and things get back to normal I will feel much better. Oh and later on today after my tooth, ds has his piano lesson!!

Anyway I managed to do PS biceps this morning and this afternoon I did CTX Kickbox with abs only no planks and cooldown. (and of course no biceps:+ ).
