Today I did a short stretch of my lower body. Essentially as rest day.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Silver and Fit 3 workout to 16 members for 52 minutes. This is a tough one for them.

Then I did 37 minutes of weight work including bench press with 10 pound dumbbells and then a 20 pound barbell and 30 pound barbell. Still some pain but not nearly as bad. I basically had a pain free weekend which felt great. I have PT this afternoon.

Then I did 42 minutes on the elliptical.

Now I need to go home and do laundry.

PT got canceled because they haven't heard back from the insurance to see if they will cover more days. Hopefully by Wednesday they will have heard.
