Hi ladies,
Today I taught my Silver and Fit 3 workout to 16 members for 52 minutes. This is a tough one for them.
Then I did 37 minutes of weight work including bench press with 10 pound dumbbells and then a 20 pound barbell and 30 pound barbell. Still some pain but not nearly as bad. I basically had a pain free weekend which felt great. I have PT this afternoon.
Then I did 42 minutes on the elliptical.
Now I need to go home and do laundry.
