Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:
CatheLive- "Low Impact Cardio & Legs Express"- 32 min.
Blender- " Foam Roller Abs & Core add-on" - 8 min.

That's it for me today. Hope everyone had a nice weekend and will have a good ole Monday! :)
 
Good Morning Everyone,

I'm so tired this year due to the clocks springing forward this weekend. I couldn't fall asleep Saturday night or last night. I'll be napping today. I'm surprised I managed a 45 minute Cathe Live - Unilateral weights or something. I really liked it. I would love this with heavier weights (which I used).

Linda - I'll check out that Cath live workout. WTG with today's workout

Good morning Siobhan! I hear ya' on the time change, I actually had to get in a nap yesterday afternoon!

Great job with your CatheLive unilateral workouts this AM......I know which one you did, I haven't gotten
around to trying it out, but I do love workouts with unilateral moves as well.
 
Hi ladies,

While I love the benefits of the time change I absolutely dislike losing an hour of sleep

Siobhan it takes a week or 2 for a perm to relax today was the 1st day I got to wash it. Washing helps but true relaxation takes time

Today I did a chest/tricep gym circuit consisting of barbell bench press starting at 55 and going up to 75. Then cable pull for chest /upper body up to 110 pounds. Then the flye machine, can't remember what my weight was on it.

Then dumbbells for chest flyes using 10, 15, and 20's. Chest press using 20 and 25's.

Triceps overhead exercises for 1 arm and 2 arm. Triceps kickbacks with 10's. Can't remember everything at this moment.

Then I did the incline leg press with 1, 45 plate for presses and calves.

Then the sled for cardio and weights doing the rope pull and push back method. I pulled and pushed 1, 45 plate, then 2, then 2 plus a 26 pound kettlebell, then plus 2, 26 pound kettlebells resulting in a last weight of 7 pounds over what 3, 45 plates would have been so an increase from last week. I was mostly able to pull it hand over hand which surprised me.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes doing some different exercises including 1 for the hip flexor. Then a nice stretch.

This was 84 minutes long.

Tomorrow I am going to try for a new sled record for me.

Annette, good long workout with chest/tricep gym circuit for 84 minutes. looking forward to when I will be able to workout again! Hopefully in May;)
