Hi.

I just finished Cathe's Athletic step using totalfitnessdvds streaming. It was my first time doing this w/o so at times I was confused. It was a good w/o but not a new favorite. I'm sure it will be better next time when I am less confused, but the combo's and the music is just not the most fun. Still burn 485kcal so can't complain.

Hi ladies, today I stared Sts meso 3 Back and chest. I loved it. I thought the breaks would be too long but time went by quickly. For sure the w/o wasn't short, about 68 mins but I loved it

That one is not a fave of mine either Henriette. It's just too confusing for me & I did not get a proper workout.

Today I did a mild-moderate paced walk & tonignt 30 min Circuit Cardio from fitnessGlo, Elongated Arms (33 mins) of Barlates & spent some time practicing
