Hi ladies,
Today I did my own Upper body challenge version 2 which was 50 minutes. The cd is messing up so I will have to buy a new one.
Then I put in another cd and tried to use the cardio from another workout which would all be combined with this music, made it through 3 songs about 12 minutes and decided that it will need more tweaks so I started some weight work using dumbbells and a band and had my ankle weights on. That was about 21 minutes. Not sure if I am done or not.
