Today I did more Milhoy - a cardio workout for 35 minutes - lots of burpees and pushups. I added on Cathe's STS Meso 3 - chest

Hi ladies,

Today I did my own Upper body challenge version 2 which was 50 minutes. The cd is messing up so I will have to buy a new one.

Then I put in another cd and tried to use the cardio from another workout which would all be combined with this music, made it through 3 songs about 12 minutes and decided that it will need more tweaks so I started some weight work using dumbbells and a band and had my ankle weights on. That was about 21 minutes. Not sure if I am done or not.

Today was LI Sweat and yoga.

The weather is not cooperating for a walk. Hopefully as the week goes on it will be better.
