Hi Ladies,
It was tough for me to get my usual workouts in over the weekend because I was traveling for Easter but I did get to do something.

Saturday: S&H Shoulders
Sunday: S&H Legs, abs and Step portion of step blast.

Tonight I will shoot for Low Max and Gym Syle Chest. I am hoping to add decline presses to the incline segement.

Good Morning Cathy and Tammy and everyone.

Yesterday I did the BC/ME bonus premix. Great work out! I had to modify the cardio so much that most of the time I just did my own thing but that's okay...I was still moving. :)

Tonight is cardio only.

Hope everyone had a nice weekend and a great holiday.

Mondays stink and to make it worse, it is raining here in NJ but I hope everyone makes the best of thier monday anyway!:)

Couldn't escape the easter eggs, so I just indulged:) It's only once a year, right?

Thu - 6K run
Fri - PS strong legs
Sat - 10K run + S&H Back&Biceps
Sun - Easter, so good excuse to take the day off:)
Mon - PS Chest, Shoulders&Triceps + 6K run

Good morning everyone!

Today is the 12th anniversary of my 29th birthday!

Yesterday I was feeling kinda lazy, so I did Body Max weights and abs, then a 4 mile walk with my SO, then Imax 3 Intervals 6-10.

Today I'm doing Low Max and a section of Core Max.

Good Morning, everyone!

I am doing KPC today. Yeah, I know I have been doing it often, but I just love it! I will probably be called "dorky" again today by my children who are still home for Easter vacation. Oh, well!

Watched the Strongest Boy in the World on TLC last night...8 year old that benched 210 lbs. Oh, my! Anyone else see it?

Shelley- Happy 29th again! ;-)

Wendy- It is raining here again too. YUK! Our trashy trash company went bankrupt so I got to haul all the icky trash down to the dump today in the rain. :-(

Dutchie- Glad you had a nice Easter and enjoyed all the treats. You can afford to cheat with your workout schedule! You always motivate me~

Cathy- Hope you had a nice Easter too and the weather was good for you.

Happy 29th again Shelley!!

I did a 10 mile trail run yesterday and got soaked....fun though..:)

I might try the Cardio leg sculpt premix in Kickmax. Anyone try this yet?? Also P90X Shoulders & Arms.

Dutchie...those darm eggs!! I wanted some peanut M&M's and when I tried what I thought was one it turned out to be all chocolate...x(

Morning Everyone,

Today will be HC Extreme #2. I did HC Extreme #3 on Saturday (that one is a great workout) Sunday was a day off.

Happy Birthday Shelley! It is my oldest daughters b'day today also.

I will have the house to myself tonight, until DH gets home from work. I really do like the silence sometimes. DH's parents are having the girls overnight. Good thing we celebrated that birthday yesterday!

Wendy: Is the BC/ME bonus combo - circuits, all cardio?? Sounds fun, but what type is it?? I need a new one and I have not done that premix yet!!

Saturday was KickMax Cardio Blast 50mins and I added BC Cardio!!!
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sister in law did it with me, and she loved Cathe!!! She said she rocked! I have just introduced her :)

Sunday was a four mile hilly hilly run.....and stretching!

Not sure about tonight........I am feeling pretty run down from traveling for Easter and I did not take a rest day last week and I might need one?? I will take one today if I need one or I might try that Bonus Combo Wendy did!!!:p

I didn't do any workouts Friday. Sat i did some of ME. Nothing yesterday!

today i am going to do Lowmax. I haven't done the whold thing yet, so i am looking forward to it.

Nothing for me today. Pushed hard at the gym w/ sprints, the elliptical, rowing and a tough upper body/abs routine. Yikes! My inlaws will be in town so just going to chill. Back in the groove next week for sure! Happy Monday everyone.

Charlotte--Eewww! Sorry to hear about your trash troubles! Hopefully you will have a new garbage collector soon!:)

Reba--The BC/ME premix is circuits-1 minute cardio then weights, 1 minute cardio then weights and so on. All cardios are taken from BC and the weights are a mix of BC and ME weights with ME abs to finish it off. It's about an hour long. HTH.:)

I did PUB chest and Triceps today then did MIS abs. Short workout but after a week with no orthotics and still trying to do cardio my heel and toe after wearing heels yesterday are not very happy so I thought I would give the cardio a rest for today.

It is raining cats and dogs today and of course I have to go out, UGH!! Not looking forward to that.

On a funny side note, this morning I evidently wasn't paying attention to how I was dressing and I put my exercise spandex pants on backwards :+ :eek: :+ . Hope that isn't any indication of what the rest of my day will be like!?!??!:eek:

Hey everyone!!

I hope everyone had a great Easter!!

The next several months I am going to be doing the P90X rotations with SARAH:AKA Imafitnesfreak.., mixed with Cathe and HIIT. I am also going to be changing some stuff up.

Today:
Weight workout first, rather than cardio first:
8 minute warm up on Elliptical then
P90X: Chest and back, Ab RipperX = 68 minutes
HIIT on Elliptical = 35 minutes with resistance on and off for intervals..about killed me today..LOLOLOL!!
