Good morning ladies! Hope everyone had a nice weekend.... Lannette, I hope you were
able to get your snow clearing taken care of......

In looking over my workouts this week, it's looks like it's gonna be more cardio than usual.
Hope I'll be able to "muddle" thru it ! :)

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Perfectly Fit Step" - 20 min.
IFit- " PK18 Beach Treadmill & Weights Bootcamp, Tahiti" - 26 min.
YT- Earth & Owl- 10 min. Hiit Rebounder workout

Good Monday Morning Everyone,

It's the last week of March. Wow. Where did this month go? Today I did a mix of 30 minutes of a Cathe Live for lower body, added on a 10 minute Move with Nicole abs workout and added on a 20 minute Boho Beautiful yoga for flexibility workout (youtube). I've been up since 4am so had some extra time this morning.

Nice workout Linda. You already have your week's workouts set? I used to do that when I had more time. I loved planning out my workouts.

Nice variety of workouts this AM Siobhan! Up since 4am? Yikes, that's pretty early!!

Yes, I do plan out workouts, usually try to do a month or so at a time. Sometimes, I have
to make changes as I go, due to time, body parts hurting (LOL) and just things that come
up, but I try to stick with it, if I can. I always have been a "schedule" person, be it workouts,
cleaning, and life in general. Usually, it keeps me on track, but again, life happens and
things get delayed, moved or not accomplished at all! That used to bother me alot when
I didn't do what I planned, but as I have gotten older, not so much....

Hi ladies,

Today I overslept so my day started later than even my 'normal'. I had a hard time falling asleep last night.

So today I found a Love Fitness kickboxing workout on YouTube. It was one lady in her basement (I think) doing the workout, normally not my thing(exception being CDORNER), but her music drew me in so I did it. She wore boxing gloves throughout, a little much on the repetition side and the kicking didn't come into play until like 20 minutes in but overall a very nice and sweaty cardio kickboxing workout that was an hour long. I would give you the whole title but I pushed the wrong button and lost it. Sigh.

Anyway nice workouts everyone!!

A good Monday to all! We’re still up to our butts in snow but it’s going to melt and run off.

Linda, I’m also a rotation planner. I have April pretty well set, a bare bones plan for May and some potential goals for June. It's never totally set in stone but I enjoy making it happen and seeing the benefits.

Today I did KCM NYC LB : 28:28m + Pound Warm-Up + Bum N Bass 20m, Fascia Flossing Pelvis 15m

Hi Ladies, I had to fess up. MMy day went south on me workout wise and I had to skip both:

Tae Bo Amped- Full Throttle = 55 Min
Jessica Smith- 10 Minute Walks- Arms & Abs Walk= 11 Min

I hate having to skip workouts, oh well it is what it is. I did get both bike workouts done, so that's better than nothing.

Great job on yor workouts today Annette & Lannette, WTG ladies!!!
