Good morning everyone,

Today I did PUB - no abs + Tracy Anderson Mat workout (20 minute segment). She is tough. whoa.

Spring?? Where? I just shoveled 10 plus inches out of the driveway yesterday!! At this point I don't have anywhere to put the stuff!

Today was RWH premix with second half of Low impact 2 and low impact 1. Nice workout, didn't have a lot of time so it did the trick.
March rotation????
 
Good morning ladies, birds singing over here today...Hold on Conni, I think Spring may be close.
I got a morning walk in with mom, earlier than usual, leaving me time to do a 5 min warm up on the new elliptical machine my hubby got, then did Lauren Brooks KB Revolution, workout number 2.....she kicked my butt, totally sweat fest.

Hi gals,

Today I did the Get Amped Taebo workout then went to the gym for weights .

We got snow also yesterday and church was cancelled.
