Good Morning Everyone,

Today I started to do Flextrain and stopped. I will take a rest day today. I am feeling rushed as I am heading to Ottawa in a few hours for 3 days and our cleaning person is coming at 9am. I need to get out of the upstairs before she arrives.

Hydrow Circuit Training #49- 30 min. Rowing & Total Body Weights EMOM
NordicTrack Ski to the 60's- Session #1- 10 min.

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did 21 minutes of a FITT God kickboxing, just wasn't feeling it, so I found a CDORNER Cardio Kickboxing that was 30 minutes long. So all in all 51 minutes of cardio kickboxing part of the time with wrists weights on or boxing gloves.

Now I need to clean ( wish I had a cleaning lady) :)
