Daily Check in: Monday March 14 2005

Hey ladies! Great workouts AGAIN!!!!!!

Today for me is cardio only and i think i will do the step premix of IM3. i just ate, so i'm too full to tell at the moment. I spent all day running wedding related errands so i didn't get my workout in when i would have liked. That's just how it goes some days. I increased my weights for MM UB yesterday and i am not really very sore at all, so it must have been a good decision!

Tonight I did Imax 3 and the abs from KPC. Now it's only 8:45 but I'm incredibly tired, can't type and think I may head to bed. Damn those nightmares that wake you at 1:30 a.m., hyperventilating, and won't let you get back to sleep for fear they'll start back up.x(

it's me again Margaret!!!:p just wanted to say for the record that i completed IM3 step only. i think the LM step only is more of a blood pumper though. On the other hand, i'm glad this one isn't too hard, cause i was tired to begin with!!!!!
