I really love the Gym Style series so far!!! I was only able to do the standing portion too, but that was because the rest of the DVD wouldn't play, it just kept freezing. I checked where I ordered, & it wasn't from Cathe, so I've ordered a replacement since I KNOW I'll be revisiting this series often! I kept thinking "ENDURANCE" with these weight workouts!Good Morning Everyone,
Short workout for me today. I was swept away by Deanna's excitement and tried out hardcore gym styles for legs - standing portion only (37 minutes). I will do my own stretch. It was fun!!!! and enduring which I don't usually like. I will try out her other gym styles this week. Thanks for the rec!!!!
Nice to see most of us checking in over the weekend. My business is just so busy this time of year that I couldn't even squeeze in a workout on Sunday morning. The time change didn't help either.

Reading your posts Siobhan, I am surprised you ever did a workout when you were working 2 jobs. Nice workout today.
Today I have a kidney doctor appointment so I was mad at my weight this morning so I did double. I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit which is 52 minutes and I had on wrist weights for the cardio and added 3 pound hand weights for the weighted portions.
Then I did Cathe's Rev'd Up Rumble which is 41 minutes. I had on boxing gloves for maybe a third of it then took them off.
So I am all cardio'd out for today.
Nice workout Linda with exactly an hour of a nice one.

Sometimes we have no choice but to take a rest day, huh? I just embrace it when it happens. I've learned how much I need those days now that I'm older.Hi girls
Yep, you've guessed it, no workout today. DH had an urgent estate matter to deal with and I went with. Then it was 1pm when we returned and take a nap. Then get up and do grocery shopping so DH and I did that. When we got back it was 4:30PM too late to start my workout. So, I took an unofficial no workout day.
