Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more Precision KB from YT - It was 50 minutes with my Cathe ICE warm-up.

Great workout today Linda! A bit of a rest from from Cathe :)

Hi ladies,

Today I made it to the gym for a Back and Biceps circuit using the sled for cardio up to 10 plates.

I did the back machine with 35 on each side for 1 set and then 25 on each side for another set.

Then I did dumbbells for bicep hammer curls with 15's, 20's and 25's. Concentration curls with 15's, barbell bicep curls 8 reps at 30 pounds and 4 reps at 40 pounds.

Then the new glute machine up to 70 pounds.

Then the sled backwards strap pull with 6 plates, pushed with 7, backwards pull with 8 and then pushed 10 to finish.

Then floorwork and isometric holds ( bear crawl, wall sit and hollow body hold) along with my usual exercises for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Ended up being 76 minutes, but it's done!!

76 min gym circuit for Back & Bi’s with sled cardio & floorwork, isometric holds & usual exercises for abs, legs and glutes. WTG & double high fives!!
