Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Silver and Fit 3 routine to 3 ladies for 51 minutes. It is fast paced but they do well.

Then I did 47 minutes of weight work focusing on shoulders this week. This included floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Hot day here , plan to go to the pool tomorrow.
