Today's workouts:

YT-Mike & Sophie- "25 Min. CrossRope RLJR & Dumbbells Hiit Workout"
YT-Michelle Briehler- "16 Min. Fat Burning Standing Cardio Abs with wrist weights"
YT-CrossRope- "10 Min. Chest, Triceps & Shoulders Ropeless Sculpting Workout" (this is something new that they have started, using the Ropeless to tone upper body only) Fun!, although it sure is different than when you are moving the lower body like you usually do.

That's it....have a good day!

Today I did more DanielPT from YT. I did a Cathe warm-up beforehand and my own stretch - about 50 minutes in total.
