Hi ladies,

A beautiful day here, DS has another tournament. Should be a good day to play golf.

Today was Kickmax, I hadn't done that in years! Now, it was fine, but I can see why it is not one of my favs with all the jumping jacks, but otherwise not too bad. I don't do the leg drills at the end, and the challenge section is on my rebounder, but I was sweating bullets!

Hi Conni,

Kickmax sneaks up on you. I've done it with my HR monitor on and i burn just under 400 calories doing this one - just like all the rest. It feels like a lighter workout to me but I think the drills at the end max out the HR to keep you burning after.

Today I did CTX leaner legs + Tabatacise segments 1 & 2 sans step.

Hi gals,

I did 2 taebo Express workouts today, a punching one and a kicking one. I was sweatin because once again while it didn't feel like it was 81 in the house the humidity caught up with me and I had to stop at just 2 today.

I am changing things up this week and doing weights on Tues. and Thurs. instead of M, W, F like I have the past few weeks. So tomorrow will be cardio and weights.

Home early from drug court. I love this new schedule. I don't get any breaks all day so get to leave by 3:30 pm.
