Blender- "Unilateral Fit" - 42 min.
Bitgym- Rowing- "Paseo Santa Lucia, Monterrey, Mexico" - 7 min.
Bitgym- 10 min. "Cadillac Mountain, Maine" elliptical hike

Today I did a longer workout - about 40 minutes of Caroline G. Epic lower body. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - what's Unilateral fit? long workout in the can already! yeah.

Unilateral Fit is a blender I put together…..unilateral is one side at a time, either alternating or all on one side, then other. Example: One arm lateral raises, alternating
side lunges, reverse lunges-all on right, then left., etc….. one of the new STS2 workouts
feature some unilateral training.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I found a quick 31 minute Kick It Up! 30 Minute No-Jump, No- Equipment Cardio Kickboxing Fun! Workout on YouTube. The lady's exercise name is HER Fit Fix. She is a black lady who does the workout out of a home , don't know her actual name but for a quickie it wasn't too bad and I just sped up the moves to get more intensity.

Think I am going to go to the pool today.
