Rest day today, I did Yoga Max. I admit I could have curled up on my mat and back to sleep...I need my coffee!!
 
Hi gals,

I did 38 minutes of Ultimate Taebo today for my cardio today.

Hi ladies I got a 20 min walk In With a co worker mid morning. It was hot and somewhat humid we were a little drippy when we got back but I'm glad we could get these walks in.

Hi everyone,

Today I did Cathe's most recent live class - total body weights. It was good!

Love how we are all getting in some kind of workout.
