Good Morning Everyone,

I was up early so managed to squeeze in a short Dan the hiit man workout. I did a 20 minute cardio workout + a 10 minute bicep workout.

ChelePA - sounds like you're having a great weekend and getting in lots of steps

Hi ladies,

Today was Kelly's Circuit Burn the Sculpting and Boxing premix which is 32 minutes, then I did a Taebo Express Combo Express one that is 11 minutes long. So I am a sweaty mess.

I have a dentist appointment later so I need to get myself together.

Nice workouts ladies so far.

Siobhan, it is cool and overcast here so not a nice day for us. Glad you are having a nice day and got a workout in too.

Cathe Live Hooked On Legs (#109). This one had quite the cardio effect. She started with light dumbbells in the beginning to get the heart rate up. Then a little heavier with gliding discs. Followed by a variety of moves on the step for strength work. And finished on the floor. I was sweating buckets by the end.

Followed with a special Peloton ride that had all the British instructors teaching the class. Fun!!!

Today’s my husband’s birthday. I had all this stuff planned and of course it’s raining yet again in the northeast. We’re going to a local restaurant for dinner that has a beautiful patio outside. At least that’s covered.

dvd & check out that premix.
