Felt good.

Today was Jenny Ford Step. Slowly, but surely, building my step stamina. Hard to believe I was ever a step instructor...lol.
 
May I ask if this is a check in thread where anyone can pop in? I don’t want to disrupt a long established check in. I won’t be at all offended if you’d rather I not join you.
 
Hi all

Today was Arms and Abs on the ball live and a 30 minute walk. This was a great Live workout.

Sadie I used to love to step but it bothers my back and knees too much now. I am almost 53 and have been working out for over 40 years. My body has had enough:)
