Hi girls, happy Monday
I really was looking forward to working out today, but it was 97 degrees here and too hot for me too workout. MS does not do well in hot weather it makes all my MS issues come to the forefront in big way such as balance, coordination, etc.. Anyways staying cool and not over heating are big priorities in those hot temps. So, no workout today for me, sorry girls. Tomorrow is supposed to be about ten degrees cooler, boy I hope so!

Nicki- Great to hear from you, I'm relieved you are ok, phew! Good news the doctor cleared you for more mobility and range of motion stuff just nothing crazy and to listen to your body advice. Always good guidelines to follow especially after hip replacement surgery. Your doctor sounds great

Cathe STS 2.0 with Mobility #1 for 20 minutes and Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch for 10 minutes- great combo's sound amazing! I like your plan of weights one day, and next mobility and alternating like that. Sounds like a good plan try it and see how it goes, and if you need to tweek it from the plan sobeit to suit you, enjoy
