Tammy , Have fun with that one. I did it last week and really like it.:D

I made it through the MIL weekend! It was stressful, though better than I was prepared for in some ways. (in others....well...)
but it's OVER!!

Now, today and tomorrow I have Brayden for like 12 hours each day. I'm excited and know we'll have fun, but I'll also be BEAT by the time he goes home ! He is a little bundle of energy !!!!

I am messing around with the rotation since this is vacation month & I will miss at least a week and starting week 3 instead of week 2 today. So it will be SJP step and weights. :D

Good morning!! It seems that my kick butt leg workout at the gym yesterday was a success. I have some serious DOMS!!!}( AND silly me did 30 minutes on the stair stepper at the gym this morning. DH has a work from home day today and convinced me to go...promising me a good leg rubdown later. So I'm looking forward to that. Hope you all have a great day and rest of the week.
 
Greetings all. I'm back (not that you missed me ;-) )
I managed to keep up my work during my vacation. Today I'm going to stick with the July rotation and do "Low Impact Circuit Cardio Blast Timesaver" Normally I would add something to it since it is only 48 minutes but the weather dude says today will be a particularly nasty steam bath so I will arm myself with a jog of water and pace myself. Happy Monday all!

Frustrating situation with my back. I can barely get dressed, much less work out,and I never miss my workouts. I was almost in tears this morning when I couldn't do any aerobics at all. I ended up doing some upper body weight stuff ( sans back, of course) and the abs that I could do from BM.

I think the doctor may be getting a call from me today, this is out of control.

Of course, I was not to be denied the pool this weekend, even though my son had to help me out of the lounger!

ugh. I know the feeling!!
You did good to get in some U/B work...sometimes even that can aggravate the back!!

I'd love to have a community pool like you do. I'd be there everyday!

Let us know what the dr. says!

I did my workout (short as it was) , showered and am ready for Brayden to get here .

Good Morning Ladies.

I was planning on doing a cardio today but hubby's off today so we are packing up the 3 kiddos and heading for a nice fun family day at the beach instead :7 we also plan on going to Ripley's Aquarium so I'll not be home until before midnight possibly.

Have a beautiful day everyone - I will probably do CC #1 at the beach :D that should be fun ;)
 
Vilma - I hope you are having fun, that sounds like a great family day!

Becky - I think I overdid something on the bosu doing ab work, to be honest. I am going to the doctor this afternoon. It is in my lower back on the left side, and I can barely lift my leg at this point. I am really irritated by this, grrrrr... I hope you are tons of fun with Braeden today!!!

Tammy: My neck is pretty much 100%! I was able to do my work out today w/no problems!:)

Oh, I did the SuperSets premix of CS&T today as I was short on time. It was not the original plan but it worked. I did ARX for ab work so I don't feel guilty in the least!}(
