Today was a rest day - I did Yoga Relax.

Let's get to work now!
 
Good Monday morning. Today I did lower body. The ankle weight portion of L&G and the lower body stability ball portion of PLB. Worked out in the garage for extra sweatiness....lol

Hi everyone,

I forgot to check in yesterday. I am getting inconsistent with checking in.

Yesterday I did 30 minutes of Jari's Hardcore 1000 - for cardio

Today I did LBB - first 35 minutes but ran out of time. DH under the weather, forgot to set alarm????? etc.

I did the Cardio and boxing premix off of Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Min. to Fitness-Circuit Burn for my cardio today, and in the middle of it the power went out and I had to restart the tv, the DVD Player and all and go back to where I left off because I was on a time crunch. sigh. At least the power came right back on.
