Hi ladies,

Today I taught my newest circuit workout to 8 ladies for an hour and 2 minutes. I think it went well, all but 2 used the barbell for the 2nd segment of weight work.
They did well.

Then I did 42 minutes of weight work including abs and floorwork legs. I did manage 1 full rep for barbell chest press at 110 so that was an increase of 5 pounds over last week, so I'll take it.

From my initial loss of smell and taste I am down 35 pounds [emoji3][emoji41]! So I am happy with that.

Hi Annette! Congratulations on your accomplishment! That's incredible, good for you. You should feel very proud. Today was more steady state for me. I did Cathes rhythmic step. I got a BOSU as my new fitness toy. We'll see how it goes. Have a great night everyone......where are you people?
