Hi Everyone,

Today I did a 30 minute spin class from SSOD and added on 100 KB swings and did my own stretch.

I worked out on Saturday - don't remember what I did. I took a rest day yesterday.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught one of my Silver and Fit routines to 6 ladies for 50 minutes.

Then I did 38 minutes on the elliptical.

Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs and legs. I did bench press , cable shoulder pull down, another multiple muscle group exercise with the cables, calf machine, dumbbell flies, overhead for triceps, one arm at a time shoulder press with a 17.5 pound dumbbell, and hammer curls. Plus floorwork.

Think I am finished now.

Yesterday I did 35m Basic Step Workout w/Karla Luster Fit Outside the Box and today was Step n Pump w/Karla Luster. I am on a step kick lately and loving it!!

Good afternoon to everyone!
KY, Xtrain Burn Sets C/B/S & 45 minutes of walk intervals. Burn Sets is a fantastic workout! I’m continuing to enjoy a low key Classical Stretch episode each evening as a wind down.
