Hi ladies,
Today I taught one of my Silver and Fit routines to 6 ladies for 50 minutes.
Then I did 38 minutes on the elliptical.
Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs and legs. I did bench press , cable shoulder pull down, another multiple muscle group exercise with the cables, calf machine, dumbbell flies, overhead for triceps, one arm at a time shoulder press with a 17.5 pound dumbbell, and hammer curls. Plus floorwork.
Think I am finished now.
