Good morning,
This morning I did SJP Step & Weights Circuit premix. I've decided it's time to scale things back a bit more, because my stamina is declining and I've started to get ligament pain in my lower belly when doing longer cardio workouts. Seems like my body is telling me something, I think. So, a small group of us on the pregnancy/fit moms forum are doing Cathe's July '05 rotation.
Jane - yes, we had the b-day party yesterday. And thank heavens, yes, DD was feeling almost back to her normal self. She's still reluctant to eat/drink very much due to her sore throat, but otherwise her mood and energy levels were fine. Funny how she found her breakfast cereal too scratchy for her throat, but had no problem with candy, chips, and cake!! I really like your workout schedule. That gives you great cross-training variety, decent rest/recovery, and flexibility of choice. Have fun with BodyMax today!! That's a thorough workout!
Wendy - IMAX Extreme really is pure cardio. The short compound weight segments from CW don't really do much for your strength, and they keep your heart rate up. It's a fun workout! You've been wanting to try it for a few days, so I say, today is the day to give it a whirl!
