Hi gals,

Today I taught my kickboxing workout to 10 ladies for 51 minutes give or take.

Then I did 55 minutes of weight work including abs and floorwork legs. Still struggling to increase my weight with the bench press. Only managed 105 today, I faltered at 110. I go back for a recheck this afternoon.

Hi Ladies,

During the weekend I only walked and did stuff around the house. No workouts but also not completely inactive.

Today I did Rippedism The Cellar (leg workout). Good stuff! Had my legs burning and me dripping with sweat despite not using heavy weights... I guess my big belly is heavy enough to add a challenge to it.

Hello all. I thought I would do a step workout today but my body was saying.....mmmmm NO!!!! So it became a rest day and Cathe's stretch max. Its been rainy and cool so I watched Harry Potter and took a nap. I must have been really tired. I rarely sleep during the day.

So the new Cathe app, does this mean I can play Cathe Live through my IPhone with the app?
 
Good evening girls, tonight I did part of the Firm Tortoise Workout DVD, so much fun, I need to start re-visiting
My Firm workouts. The older ones are legends and so much fun.
