Hi gals,

Bad morning , hubby sick, had to make doctor's appointment for him, late to gym , class started but lost the correct sheet for the moves to the workout scheduled, so had to improvise big time, but I did have 15 members.

2nd class went better though by this time my legs are feeling it from yesterday's hour long walk. But made it through my Dance circuit with 10 ladies. First class was an hour and 2nd class about 48 minutes.

Come home have to leave and take son to work and go to the pharmacy to find out what decongestant hubby can take since he is also on blood pressure medication. Quick test for strep had been negative but he still has some virus but only a decongestant was suggested. Bought that, both stops at Walmart and Rite Aid were in between down pours of rain. Very humid now. Home finally.

Annette - you must have felt thrown off today. You had a busy day. I hope your DH is doing better.

And you worked out twice!

Today I did a short 25 minute cathe live cycling workout after work. I have a client call in 10 minutes so I couldn't do the whole thing. Cathe sure is great at making inspiring cycling workouts. Worth the cost of a bike! whoa.

I work out twice on Mondays every week since I teach 2 class almost back to back. And yes, I was very out of sorts during my first class.

Hopefully hubby is on the mend. He has some voice back but not all the time.

Intensity Upper Body Pyramid- my hands are little shaky typing this right after!
Tomorrow I will be going to my weekly HIIT class. Fun to workout in a group once in a while. It is a 45 minute drive to town but the instructor makes it worth it. Good excuse to get groceries afterwards.
My daughter was sick last week as well Annette. It's the worst in the summer. I pack them full of echinacea and garlic when they're sick- seems especially helpful with sore throats.
I am planning a cycling session on Sunday Ceci. I did one a ways back and even though I consider myself to have decent cardio I really struggled. We'll see how it goes this time.
