Hi ladies,

Hot enough for you!

Today we did my Silver and Fit 3 routine. I had 4 ladies, this was 51 minutes long.

Then I did an hour of weight work, including bench press, cable work, and dumbbell drop sets and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Nice workout. Now to go face the heat.

It is SO hot & humid! :)

KY + FitSplit Boxing Bootcamp/Legs & Glutes I used the ceiling fan & an additional fan and still had to mop up the floor afterwards. Sweat fest!

On the positive side of things my cold shower felt SO good after I finished.

Stay cool everyone! I might have to steal the dogs’ kiddie pool later!

Today was Full Body Barre Workout with Coach Kel. My butt!!!

It's hot and dry here, but not intense. I can live with this.

Today was To the Mat Legs and Icy Core Live and yoga.

I guess it’s super hot everywhere! I will take it over cold, snow and ice anytime
