Hey ladies,

Today I did another Mike D. 40 minute total body strength workout. I ended up doing a 1 hour yoga/meditation last evening. I did tara lee's earth. I really like her.

Have a great day everyone. It's still pretty cold here. Henriette - have you considered the 30 day free trial for mike donavanik? his stuff is fun and tough.

See you all tomorrow.

Hi gals,

Today I taught an all aerobic workout for 50 minutes to 7 ladies. Then I did an hour of weight work including abs and legs.

Cold here again today.

Have a great day!

Hi everyone! Are we all freezing? It's about 20 here in NY. Anyway...today I did Paul Katami's 4x4x2. Good stuff but still a challenge at 5:30 in the morning.

Good evening all! :) Nice to see you all. I didn't feel like doing anything at all (hormonal, irritable, sad), although when I got home I remember a (loca) trainer I like on youtube and did her 50 minute Total Body Sculpt. Added in some rib stability work. Here is her channel if I have not posted before. If I did, sorry for repeat! https://www.youtube.com/user/GoFitGals/videos

Linda: Hope you are having an excellent day so far & recouping from all your weekend work. Love your morning positivity!!
Henriette: Hope your legs feel okay after your dance workout. Are you still feeling the flu/cold? ((feel better soon))
Siobhan: Oh, I will have to take a look at that Yoga instructor. Thanks! Glad you are having so much fun with Mike D. It's hard not to have a laugh with him!
Annette: Wow, two hour workout. Great job! :) How has your certification/study coming along? Know when it may be starting?
TLC: We have a two day reprieve here from the icy cold. Have to take advantage of it! Stay toasty on the East Coast and excellent job on that intense workout. He's great!

Elsie, I got my certification through International Fitness Association on Christmas Eve it was my gift from my hubby. I had passed the test back in August and just needed to pay for the certification. So I have my certification complete with a certificate, full size and wallet size, a certificate ID number and it is recognized by my insurance company so my rate will go down when I renew in June.

:) :) :) :) :)

I am so very happy for you, Annette! Bravo! So sorry I misunderstood the first time around.

No problem, it can be hard sometimes to keep everything straight. I understand. [emoji2]

Annette - Congratulations ! I had also misunderstood, thinking your DH would be paying for you to do the training and certification.

Elsie - my legs are feeling the dance w/o more than usual as I did not modify much and there were lots of squats and lunges, even jump lunges mixed in there. I am still feeling my right hamstring. Not sure what's going on there.
And to answer your other question... yes, I am still all blocked. Going through lots of tissues and have a heavy head.

Siobhan - trying to get me hooked on more streaming? It is tempting to try the free month. Not sure what to expect, as I said I have never even tried his one TB dvd that I have had on my shelf for a year or more. I am trying to limit myself... 1 streaming per month and a fixed amount to spend on dvd's and other fitness related matters each month.

TLC - What's your name again? Sorry, I forgot and couldn't find it quickly. The cold wasn't too bad the last couple of days... around 6 degrees celsius, but a non-stop drizzle all day, so still not nice.

Monday I had a rest day. Based on the rotation I had in mind this week it was meant to be a cardio day, but all I managed was biking approx 6km. back and forth to the training I had to give. By the time I got home it was nearly 8p.m. and I still had to have dinner, so I rested.
